Welcome to Sling Bar, a Miami Beach hideaway inspired by Singapore’s sultry, deco era cocktail bars and vibrant, flavor-laced night markets.

I love all these flavors, and this part of the world! There is so much to explore on the menu, and I’m excited by the opportunity we have to travel in creating each dish and discover something new. The energy of being on Miami Beach and the access we have to great ingredients makes it special—and fun!—especially the addition of Sling Bar.

This is delicious food I love to cook and eat. Traveling through Singapore and Bali opens all your senses to new smells and tastes and ways to experience fresh ingredients both familiar and transporting at the same time. At the restaurant and now with Sling Bar’s night market food, we explore bold use of flavor and contrasting freshness for balance. Being in Miami, we are able to connect the dots in a tropical environment that speaks to where these flavors come from and incorporate local and seasonal ingredients to make it our own!
